Can getting angry lead to oral ulcer and nosebleed?
If one day you suddenly find blisters and ulcers in your mouth, toothache, bleeding, dry throat, hot body and dry stool ... everyone in China knows that you are "getting angry", and some places (such as my hometown) also call it "virtual fire", which seems to be a more "standardized" Chinese medicine statement. I checked it and Ci Hai was accepted. Then you think that you may have eaten something that is more "angry", because it is said that countless foods are easy to get angry after eating. You may think of drinking herbal tea, or taking traditional Chinese medicine such as Niuhuang Jiedu tablets (pills) to clear away heat and reduce fire. After hearing that Chinese medicine can't be eaten indiscriminately, many people have such questions: What does modern medicine think of "getting angry"? What should I do if I get angry? This is a question with China characteristics. It's not that China people's bodies are special, and only China people will get "excessive internal heat", but because "excessive internal heat" is a general and vague statement of many symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine, and there are many factors, so it's impossible to find a corresponding name in modern medicine. For example, the symptoms of "excessive internal heat" in oral cavity may be cheilitis and angular stomatitis caused by lack of vitamin B2, gingival and mucosal bleeding caused by lack of vitamin C, inflammation caused by bacterial and viral infection, and metabolism and endocrine changes. Different causes require different treatments. Vitamins should be supplemented appropriately for those caused by vitamin deficiency, and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs should be used for those caused by bacterial infection. If "excessive internal heat" is caused by virus infection, there is no specific drug. In addition to the necessary disinfection and anti-inflammatory treatment of the wound to prevent secondary infection, we should mainly pay attention to oral hygiene, drink plenty of water, pay attention to rest, and rely on our own immunity to fight the past. The more common are stomatitis and oral ulcer caused by herpes virus infection. Almost all people are infected with herpes virus, and once infected with herpes virus, you can't completely eliminate it, you can only carry it for life. To understand this, you need to know a little knowledge of virology. Many people know nothing about what a virus is. Some people think that it is a toxin produced by diseases, while others think that viruses are the same as germs and can be killed by antibiotics. In fact, viruses are pathogens that are very different from bacteria and cannot be killed by antibiotics. They are much smaller than bacteria, and their structures are much simpler. Generally, they are a protein shell with genetic material wrapped inside. They are a kind of things between living things and non-living things, which can be crystallized like non-living things, but they can be active after dissolution, and they do not have all kinds of structures necessary for life activities, and they must be parasitic in the cells of bacteria or other living things to survive. At the time of infection, the protein shell of the virus sticks to the surface of the cell, and then the virus genetic material is injected into the cell, and the virus genetic material is copied by various "devices" in the cell to make the virus shell, and then assembled into a new virus. When the number of new viruses reaches a certain level, cells will die and rupture, and new viruses will be released to infect other cells. If all the cells are infected and die, the virus itself will die. Therefore, the result of this fierce infection may be both sides. Herpes virus uses a much milder way to communicate with the host. After infecting cells, they will combine their genetic material with the cell chromosome and become a part of the chromosome, which will be passed on to new cells from generation to generation with chromosome replication and cell division. Therefore, once infected by herpes virus, it becomes an enemy lurking in human cells forever, and it is impossible to completely eliminate it. These latent enemies may cause cancer, but they are generally harmless. However, in some cases (such as mental stress and illness), due to some unknown factors, the latent virus genetic material will be suddenly activated and start to replicate new viruses, causing cells to die and rupture to infect new cells. At this time, you will feel that you are "angry". However, this process usually lasts about a week, and then it returns to normal. However, the virus may be activated again in the future. At present, there is no drug that can be used to remove viruses lurking in cell chromosomes, and it is unlikely in the future, so it is impossible to eradicate "excessive internal heat". The most advanced drugs can only inhibit the replication of the virus and prevent it from erupting. So if you drink herbal tea and eat traditional Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and toxic materials, you feel that the "fire" has been lowered after a few days. In fact, it is not necessarily the drug that is working, but a natural process. Eating traditional Chinese medicine to reduce internal heat is not only useless, but may be harmful-there is a danger of poisoning. This kind of traditional Chinese medicine often contains toxic substances. For example, Niuhuang Jiedu tablets (pills) that many people have eaten are actually poison tablets. According to the prescription, each Niuhuang Jiedu tablet contains 50 mg of realgar. The chemical composition of realgar is arsenic disulfide, which decomposes into highly toxic arsenic trioxide when heated, which is also commonly known as arsenic. It can be poisoned by oral administration of10mg, and it can be fatal by oral administration of100mg. Even if the Niuhuang Jiedu tablets you eat are produced by a very formal pharmaceutical factory, and strict quality control has been taken in the production process to remove arsenic impurities from realgar raw materials, it is not safe to take them, because realgar itself is toxic (although it is not as toxic as arsenic). According to the Pharmacopoeia of China, realgar is toxic, and the usual dosage is 50 ~100 mg a day. However, the dosage of Niuhuang Jiedu tablets is 4 ~ 6 tablets a day according to the provisions of the Pharmacopoeia, and the actual dosage of realgar is 200 ~ 300 mg, which is 3 ~ 6 times that of realgar. Because it is not uncommon to take Niuhuang Jiedu tablets for poisoning and adverse reactions, for example, China Pharmacy reported 38 cases of adverse reactions of Niuhuang Jiedu tablets (pills) in 1998, and thought that it might be mostly caused by realgar. Even if the amount of Niuhuang Jiedu tablets taken is not large and does not cause poisoning immediately, it should not be taken lightly. Arsenic in realgar will accumulate after entering the body. Long-term use will lead to chronic poisoning and damage to nerves, blood vessels, heart, liver, kidney and spleen. Although people sometimes have to use poison in order to treat terminal diseases (for example, arsenic is now used to treat certain leukemia), it is obviously uneconomical to let themselves be chronically poisoned in order to "reduce fire", which is tantamount to drinking poison to quench thirst. How to choose medicine for "excessive internal heat" in spring After beginning of spring, the weather is getting warmer gradually. With the temperature rising, people are also prone to some diseases caused by "excessive internal heat". According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, children, young people, middle-aged, elderly people and women have their own characteristics in getting angry in spring. Only when pharmacists in pharmacies are familiar with and master these characteristics can they recommend drugs for them. Children are prone to lung fire: some children are prone to fever in spring. As long as they get a little cold and have a little trouble, their body temperature will rise immediately, which is hard to prevent, which makes their mothers worry. What is the reason? From the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, children's fever is mostly caused by lung-Wei feeling external evil. The reason why children are repeatedly violated by exogenous pathogens is mainly due to the lack of vital qi in lung and Wei, and the imbalance between yin and yang. Some parents often say that children are "hot" in spring and are prone to colds, coughs and asthma, which is actually the imbalance of lung, health and yin and yang. How to judge whether a child has a "fire" in spring? Generally speaking, children with "fire" are usually irritable, irritable, dry stool, hot hands and feet, like to eat cold drinks, and generally have a poor appetite. They can't cover the quilt when sleeping, and like to sleep on their stomach, with red lips, red tongue coating, and thin and fast pulse. For this kind of "fire" children, traditional Chinese medicine should be given to treat the syndrome. For example, Tongxuan Lifei Pill and Maxingshi Glycyrrhiza Decoction can be taken for lung heat stagnation. Yin deficiency and lung heat can be taken by nourishing yin and clearing lung oral liquid or Jinguoyin. At the same time, we should pay attention to the usual aftercare, usually give children more water, eat more vegetables and fruits, and eat less high-calorie foods such as meat and chocolate.
