Slice the ginger, shred the onion, and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Boil a pot of boiling water and blanch the broccoli a few times.
In a pan with a little oil, fry the ginger, add the onion and stir-fry until fragrant, add a cup of water and simmer until the onion is half-cooked.
Add three tablespoons of bonito katsuobushi, add a tsp of soy sauce and stir-fry until the meat is cooked through, then cover and simmer until cooked.
A plate of delicious sukiyaki is simply finished. Take a large bowl, fill it with rice, cover it with sukiyaki and sauce, put a few blanched cauliflower on top, and add a super cute cat's paw egg to make the bowl of sukiyaki rice appetizing to the kids!
