The most authentic way to make beef bone soup is as follows:
Main ingredients: beef bones and corn.
Accessories: cooking wine, ginger slices, green onions, salt.
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Wash the beef bones, put them in a pot with cold water, pour in cooking wine, add ginger slices and blanch them together. After boiling, cook for another two or three minutes to cook out the foam.
3. Rinse the corn with water, cut it in half, and cut it into small pieces.
4. Put all the ingredients into the pressure cooker, add water to cover the ingredients, add ginger slices, pour a spoonful of cooking wine, tie the green onions into a knot and put them in. An hour later, the soup is ready.
5. Open the lid and sprinkle with salt, simmer for another ten minutes to allow the flavors to absorb, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion to garnish.
