Potato and chicken rice balls
Ingredients: chicken breast, carrots, three-color rice, potatoes.
Steam the potatoes and carrots. Pour oil into the pot and add the chicken. Fry over low heat until both sides are cooked. Press the potatoes into puree. Shred the chicken and add the cooked rice. Put it back into the pot and stir evenly. Use to keep fresh. Knead the rice into rice balls or roll them into balls with your hands.
Cod Tofu
Ingredients: 10g carrots, eggs, 50g cod, 15g corn starch, green onions.
Marine the cod with lemon for 15 minutes to remove the fishy smell. Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend into a puree. Pour in the cornstarch and stir evenly. Line a glass container with oiled paper, brush the sides with oil, wrap with plastic wrap and poke a few holes, steam for 20 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes. Frying in oil will make it more fragrant.
