1. Add yeast to the flour and mix well, then add water and mix well.
2. Stir well and knead into a smooth dough, wipe a little water on the surface, cover and ferment to twice the size.
3. The fermented dough will have many small holes. After rubbing and exhausting, it will be divided into several dry small pieces.
4. Take a small piece and roll it into thin slices. Wrap it like a steamed stuffed bun, so that it comes out in two layers and is cut into six or eight equal parts connected in the middle.
5. Twist the dried cranberries in one direction and insert one in the middle.
6. Put it into the steamer, cover it, ferment for about 20 minutes, and turn off the fire after 20 minutes of boiling.
