Functions and Indications? Dispersing wind-heat, removing heat, relieving pharynx, transmitting rashes, retracting cataracts, and antispasmodic. It is used for wind-heat colds, sore throat, hoarseness, impenetrable measles, itching of rubella, redness and cataract of the eyes, convulsions, tetanus.

Use and dosage Internal: decoction, 5-10 grams; or into pills, bulk. External use: decoction of water, or powdered compresses.
