Tools/raw materials: hazelnuts, pots and plates.
1, picking hazelnuts: pick out the insects and the light ones.
2. Put it in a large spoon, without oil and water, stir-fry for two minutes on high fire, and then stir-fry every few seconds with medium and small fire.
3. Up, down, left and right.
4. If you are not sure whether it is cooked after frying 15 minutes, just pick a hazelnut with light color and open it.
5. Cook and plate.
