Exercise:
1. Wash wormwood, remove impurities, put it in a pot, and add a proper amount of baking soda for later use.
2. Boil the water. When the water boils, put glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour and sugar into a bowl for later use, and blanch the wormwood.
3. Rinse with cold water and put in a bowl. Add 3 grams of baking soda and appropriate amount of water, and break the wall in a wall breaker.
4. Pour the wormwood juice and 60 grams of edible oil into the bread machine, then add the mixed flour and stir. When the kitchen is ready, the green dough is ready, and the prepared green dough can be put in the refrigerator for later use.
5. If it is room temperature or refrigeration temperature, steam for 10 minute. When steaming, you can put raw leaves on the mat, or dip the bottom in oil and steam it on a plate. It will take 15 minutes if it is taken out of the freezer.
6. Lettuce leaves can be eaten directly at the bottom, which is healthier without oiling.
