250g of flour

150g of jujube
15g of sugar

Flower Cake Step by Step
1.
While mixing the flour and sugar, open the nest on the flour and pour in the yeast. Pour 120ml of lukewarm water in order along the sides of the basin and form the flour into a dough.

After the dough is formed, cover it with a damp cloth or lid and let it ferment at room temperature until it doubles in size.

Put water in a pot, boil the water and put in the washed jujubes, boil and pull out, control the water and standby.

After the dough has risen, knead and deflate it to form a smooth dough.

Roll a portion of the dough into a long strip, then use chopsticks to make a long mark in the center of the strip.

Wrap the notched side outward around the treated dates and pinch the interface tightly.

Roll out 1/3 of the dough into a thick crust, and arrange the wrapped dates all over the outer circle of the crust.

Fill the empty space in the inner circle with dates.

Roll 1/2 of the remaining dough into a slightly smaller sheet, cover the center of the first layer, and arrange the dates wrapped in noodles in a circle on top.

So on until you have a "date tower".

Boil water in a pot and brush the grate with oil. Transfer the "date tower" to the grate and let it rise for 15 minutes, then steam it for 20 minutes!
