6 eggs, 50 grams of black tea leaves, 50 grams of dark soy sauce, 30 grams of light soy sauce, 2 slices of cinnamon, 5 star anise, 3 slices of grasshopper, the right amount of salt, the right amount of water
Steps:
1. Blanch the eggs first: put the eggs in a pot, add enough water to bring the water to a boil, and then cook for about 8 minutes , Strain the eggs out and run them through cool water so that the peeling is easier.
2. Cook the ingredients: In a separate pot, add the black tea leaves, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, cinnamon, star anise, grass nuts and enough water (flood all the ingredients with water), turn on the heat and then continue to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes and drink the thick tea-colored liquid.
3. Marinade: Scrape the hard-boiled eggs gently on the surface with a knife, then pack them into the sauce to soak for about 4-8 hours, the longer it takes, the stronger the flavor will be.
4. Put in the refrigerator: Put the marinated tea eggs into a plastic box, pour in the remaining sauce in order to continue marinating, and put them into the refrigerator to chill, preferably after a day to eat, the flavor will be better.
