Steps
1. Wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces about 2cm wide and 3cm long.
2. Wash the beef and cut it into small, even pieces.
3. Prepare the ginger, bean curd, soy sauce, pepper, dry chili pepper, star anise, sanya naphthalene blend together.
4. Add the right amount of oil to the pot and heat it.
