Materials
Pork ribs 600g, 350g white radish, salt, pepper, parsley, green onions, ginger, daikon, sesame seeds, moderate amount of each.
Practice
1, pork ribs washed, soaked in cold water for 30 minutes to soak out the blood.
2, ribs soaked in blood water, blanched in a pot, fish out and spare.
