Treatment of fresh squid: first cut along the midline of abdomen to remove internal organs, then remove epidermis, remove squid eyes and clean beard.
Ingredients: 1 fresh squid, 2 spoonfuls of Chili sauce.
Steps:
1. Wash the squid, remove the head and surface film, make squid rolls with a flower knife, and then cut into small pieces.
