1. First, put the frozen sea cucumber in a container and pour purified water to thaw and soak for 48 hours.
2. After 48 hours, take out the sea cucumber and cut it from the mouth of the sea cucumber along the stomach.
3. Wash the sediment in the belly of the sea cucumber and remove the tendons in the belly of the sea cucumber.
4. Cut off the teeth and mouth of the sea cucumber and discard it.
5. Put purified water and washed sea cucumber in the pot.
6. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and cook the sea cucumber for half an hour.
7. After half an hour, turn off the fire and stew the sea cucumber for 2 hours.
After 8 or 2 hours, take out the sea cucumber and soak it in purified water for 48 hours.
9. After the sea cucumber is soaked, it can be directly picked up for cooking.
