Mojito's name comes from the Spanish word Mojo Sauce with lime juice flavor, and the word "mojo" comes from the Spanish verb "Mojar", which means "get wet". It reads (mo-Hee-toe).
Mojito was born in Cuba in 19 10. When Hemingway, an American writer, lived in Havana, the capital of Cuba, he often said, "My Daiquiri is in La Floridita (a famous bar in Havana) and my Mojito is in Bodeguita (a famous bar in Havana)". It can be seen that he loves these two cocktails.
