How to Make
1. Take a fluffy shortcrust pastry, close it up, press it in the center with your thumb, tighten it in the middle, press it together with your thumb to form a ball after you receive it in the middle.
2. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet, if the dough is not soft enough or can't be rolled into a round shape, use the side of the bowl to press down on the dough, and cut off the extra edge, the bowl I used was 12cm in diameter.
3. Put in a filling.
4. Shape the dough into a circle, close it up and face down.
5. Brush the surface with egg yolk mixture twice, sprinkle a few black sesame seeds to decorate, and put it into the preheated oven for 25 minutes to color.
