How long the meat is cooked depends on whether the meat is thawed and the type of pot used.

1. If the belly meat is not thawed, it usually needs to be stewed in a common pot 1 ~ 1.5 hours and in a pressure cooker for 30 ~ 40 minutes.

2. If the belly meat has been thawed, it takes 40 ~ 60 minutes to stew in ordinary pot and only 15 ~ 25 minutes to stew in pressure cooker. In addition, when the belly meat is cooked together, the lamb belly should be rubbed with fine salt until it is clean, white and tasteless. Be careful not to put too much or too little when wrapping mutton. Then, put the wrapped belly meat into the pot, add water, and simmer with low fire 1 hour.
