Now, braised pork, braised pork with plum vegetables, steamed pork with powder and so on are all my favorite, and my pork belly has changed from now on.
Steamed Meat

70g of steamed pork rice flour, 50g of potato 1 50g, 20g of pork belly, 5g of ginger, slice of ginger 1 slice, half a spoonful of red rot milk/kloc-0, 2 and a half spoons of sugar, 5g of light soy sauce and 5g of sweet noodle sauce.
Production steps:
1, the main ingredients are ready, and the pork belly bought back is delicious if it is skinned. Remove the skin from the potatoes, cut the shallots into sections, and slice the ginger. Other ingredients are also ready.
2. Wash the pork belly and cut it into pieces. Then put it in a small bowl, put all the seasonings just prepared in, stir well with the pork belly, and set aside to marinate for about half an hour.
3. During the period of curing pork belly, by the way, cut the potatoes into small pieces and thin.
4. Finally, put the steamed rice noodles into the marinated pork belly and stir it evenly. It is recommended to wear disposable gloves to stir it, so that it will be marinated evenly.
5. Prepare a steamer and lay a layer of tin foil on the bottom, which will prevent the steamed juice from leaking downwards. Another potato chip is spread on the tin foil one by one.
6. Put the marinated pork belly on the potato chips piece by piece, and you can also make a concave shape, as in the picture below.
7. Finally, put the pork belly into the steaming oven and steam it for 40 minutes before it can be baked. If there is no steaming oven at home, just use an ordinary steamer at home. The time is the same. After boiling the water, cover the pot and steam for about 40 minutes. This dish is ready. It won't be greasy at all, it's very delicious, and it's so happy for us carnivores.
