Seafood and Shrimp Porridge
Ingredients:
Fresh shrimp, peas, carrots, green vegetables, and mushrooms.
Method:
1. Remove the heads from the shrimps, add onion and ginger to the pot and saute until fragrant, then add the shrimp heads!
2. Stir-fry the shrimp oil and fish it out. After it is fished out, add an appropriate amount of water and boil it, then add the rice. After it boils, add the peas, carrots and mushrooms and cook them!
3. Finally add the shrimp and green vegetables, add a spoonful of salt and cook for one minute and then turn off.
