Stuffed pork with oil gluten
Ingredients: pork filling, oil gluten, scallion, ginger
Practice:
1.? Onion ginger slices in a small bowl, soak in water for 10 minutes standby;
2. Pork filling with 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of pepper, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, ? tablespoon of sugar and salt, clockwise mixing evenly on the strength of the water, adding onions and ginger water in small batches to mix;
