Exercise:
1. After the water is boiled, add the noodles. After boiling, cook for two minutes on medium heat;
2. Remove the cold water;
3. Take another oil pan, put the oil in the pan after it is hot, and stir-fry the fragrant meat after the oil is hot;
4. After the meat changes color, stir-fry the shredded carrots;
5. Stir-fry shredded carrots until soft, add chopped green onion and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, and then add boiling water and appropriate amount of broth;
5. After boiling, beat the whole egg evenly, add the shrimp and cook for two minutes on medium heat;
6. Add water-borne fungus and blanched shredded lettuce, and add appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate;
7. Pour the salt water on the noodles.
