Analysis:
1. Prepare a plate and iron spoon, never plastic, and stir with hot water in the back!
2. Turtle paste powder, take 10g, which is about the size of a spoon.
PS: 10 gram of water is about 220ML, 20 grams is 440 grams, and so on. It can be thicker and thinner. If it is too thick, it will be bitter, and if it is too thin, it will not freeze into pieces. If a novice does it, it is better to concentrate than to be light!
Then pour 30ml of warm boiled water directly into the bowl (hot water is easy to agglomerate, so it can't be used), pour in the powder of Guiling Paste, and then stir it carefully with a spoon to see if there is agglomeration at the bottom of the water after precipitation. Be sure to melt all the lumps and stir them into a paste. The last step is strict inspection, otherwise it will make the taste uncomfortable and slippery.
3. Then slowly add about 200ml of boiling water, do not stir, stir while rushing, be sure to stir more.
PS: If you have no experience, you can put it on the stove and heat it until it looks soft and sticky.
4. If it is cooled at room temperature, it will freeze into our favorite turtle paste.
