1. Choose the vegetables you like, wash them first, and tear larger ones into small pieces by hand.
2. Soak the artificial meat until soft and wash it. Also tear into smaller pieces. Adding some artificial meat to the hotpot will make it chewy and not afraid of growing fat. It is a nutritious and healthy soy product.
3. Use peanuts, garlic, coriander, a small amount of Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, add salt seasoning and mash into garlic paste, then add vinegar and water to make juice.
