Does whitebait need cleaning?
Whitebait, also known as noodle fish, noodle fish and loach, is the largest individual fish in whitebait family and whitebait genus. Whitebait is a cold-temperate fish, which lives in seawater, fresh water and salt water. Whitebait is a fierce fish. It has no stomach and its rectum is behind the esophagus, so the feeding habits of young and adult fish are very different. In China, it is common in rivers, lakes and reservoirs such as Bohai Sea, Yellow Sea, East China Sea coast, middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River and Huaihe River.

Wash whitebait and taste it for later use.
