Seasoning: butter (1 tablespoon), salt (1 tablespoon), chicken powder (1/3 tablespoons), raw flour (1/2 tablespoons), clear soup (1/4 cups).
1 Wash potatoes, cut them into hob blocks and soak them in clear water; Wash coriander and cut into powder.
2 Boil the water in the pot, add 1 tbsp salt, add potato pieces, cover the pot, and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
3 Pick up the potatoes, drain them, spread them out, put them in fresh-keeping bags, and press them into mashed potatoes by hand.
4 water mushrooms, squeeze dry water, remove pedicels, and chop into fine powder.
5 Put mashed potatoes into a large bowl, add mushroom powder, 1 tbsp salt, 1/3 tbsp chicken powder, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tbsp raw flour and 1/4 cups clear soup, and stir well.
Take a proper amount of mashed potatoes, knead them into balls of the same size by hand, put them on a plate, and cover them with a layer of plastic wrap.
7 Boil the water in the pot, add potato balls, cover and steam for 5 minutes.
8 take out the potato balls, tear off the plastic wrap, sprinkle with coriander powder and serve.
