Fried curd pork
Ingredients ?
Three layers of meat 500g
One piece of curd
Two spoons of curd sauce
Two spoons of white wine/ rice wine
Two spoons of sugar
Crispy frying powder 60g
How to make deep fried curd meat ?
Meat must be with white meat, all lean meat taste is not very good!
Add the curd pieces, curd juice, wine and sugar together and mix!
Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours. Of course, it does not matter if the time is refrigerated for a few more hours, because after the curd is flavored, the meat tastes better (I made it the night before and put it in the refrigerator, and took it out to fry it at noon on the next day)
Mix the frying powder with the water and mix well, and remember that there should not be too much water, because it is too diluted to fry it out beautifully!
Pour the oil to heat up and fry until the meat surface becomes golden brown, then you can fish out!
