Boil water, a little more water, and add sesame oil to a stainless steel shallow pot for later use.
Put Haitian brand soy sauce, pepper, monosodium glutamate and chives into a bowl.
Boil the water until it is slightly hard, add sesame oil into the pot, mix well, and blow in front of the air conditioner for 1-2 minutes, while blowing, so as to cool it evenly.
Then, put it in a bowl and stir it. If it is alkaline water, add a little good vinegar.
Add peanut butter (Shanghai cold noodles) or sesame paste (cold noodles), dilute with cold water, and eat and mix now.
Remember the order, or the taste will be different.
Note: 1. Use a good round (dry) surface or dry alkaline surface, and the surface should be firm.
Second, you can also cook the noodles at night, add sesame oil to the pot, mix well, shake them loose, let them cool, cover them and put them in the refrigerator. Add seasoning when you eat in the morning.
