Pickled vegetables and tofu are cooked with pickles first, then tofu. Pickled vegetables are very salty, which is equivalent to putting salt first. Take its homophonic word (salt) first.
Tofu with pickles:
1. Wash pickles (canned food is optional) and chop them. Drain the tofu and cut into pieces. Wash mussels and soak them in warm water;
2. Put a little cooking oil in the pot and heat it, then add chopped green onion and saute, add pickles and mussels and stir fry for a while;
3. Add tofu, stir fry carefully for a while, add appropriate amount of broth (or clear water) and boil, then simmer for 15 minutes;
4. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste, and then take it out of the pot and put it in the basin. (The pickles themselves are salty.)
