Second, the management measures:
1, raking and drying: raking the soil is to expose the bamboo shoots (buds) on the bamboo shoots to the sun to raise the temperature, stimulate and promote the germination of bamboo shoots, which is beneficial to fertilization. Generally, in the first ten days of March, the bamboo is raked out from the surrounding soil with a hoe, so that the bamboo shoots are exposed from the soil, but care should be taken not to damage the bamboo shoots.
2. Fertilization: three times a year. Fertilization (base fertilizer) in spring should be carried out after soil removal and sun drying in late March, so as to promote the germination of bamboo shoots and increase the yield of bamboo clumps. Ordinary organic fertilizer (farmyard manure) is 25-50kg per clump, or decomposed cake fertilizer is 7 7- 10/0kg. Fertilize around the torn bamboo bushes, and cover the soil immediately after fertilization. Second. Increase production. Top dressing should be human manure, pig manure or livestock manure such as cattle and sheep, and each cluster should be applied 10~ 15 kg. First, ditch around the bamboo bush 1~2 feet, apply fertilizer into the ditch and cover the soil immediately. Pay attention to prevent fertilizer from directly contacting tender bamboo shoots, so as not to cause bamboo shoots to atrophy and die, and affect the yield and quality of bamboo shoots.
3. Culture: The unearthed bamboo shoots have a yellow or brown sheath, which is white, crisp and delicious. After the bamboo shoots are exposed to light, the sheaths turn green or brown, the bamboo shoots age, and the quality of bamboo shoots decreases. Therefore, before bamboo shoots are unearthed, fine and moist soil can be used to cultivate bamboo shoots, which can prevent bamboo shoots from aging and improve their quality.
