2. Peanut is rich in nutrition. Peanut contains unsaturated fatty acids, protein, sugar, fat, vitamin A, calcium, iron and phosphorus. It has high nutritional value. Eating peanuts regularly can also improve immunity.
3. If there are patients with constipation and abdominal distension, it is possible to eat peanuts to improve symptoms. However, if patients with gastric diseases, especially those with active peptic ulcer, take peanuts, it may stimulate the gastric mucosa and lead to further increase of gastric acid, thus further aggravating symptoms such as gastric acid reflux, heartburn and empty abdominal pain.
