1. Practice 1
Prepare 500g of lamb chops, one chunk of ginger, five cloves of garlic, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, red wine100ml, a little thyme, a little black pepper, cumin, Chili powder, black pepper and salt. Spread salt evenly on the lamb chops, then pour in some soy sauce and red wine, sprinkle with black pepper, and add ginger and garlic slices. Poke the lamb chops everywhere with the tip of the knife to let the flavor fully enter. Wrap it in plastic wrap and marinate it in the refrigerator for one night. If you want to eat it temporarily, you can change the lamb chops into small pieces without marinating for so long, and it will be easy to taste. Sprinkle with Chili powder, cumin powder and minced thyme. Put it in the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, turn over halfway, and sprinkle some Chili powder and cumin powder.

Cut the fat and thin lamb chops into individual pieces, and marinate them with wine and soy sauce for one hour. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle black pepper, salt and cumin evenly on each side of lamb chops, wrap them in tin foil, bake them on both sides for 15 minutes, and take them out. Turn the oven to the barbecue stall, unpack the tin foil, spread the lamb chops on the grill and bake for 5 minutes on both sides. Roast lamb chops in the oven, and preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle black pepper, salt and cumin evenly on each side of lamb chops, wrap them in tin foil, bake them on both sides for 15 minutes, and take them out.
3. Practice 3
Wash lamb chops, shred onions, slice carrots, and cut yellow peppers. Marinate the lamb ribs with red wine, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic 10 minute. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, melt the butter on the baking tray, spread the shredded onion, carrot and colored pepper strips, and finally put the lamb chops in the oven, and bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Chili sauce and barbecue sauce are mixed with a little wine and honey to make barbecue sauce. Open the oven door, brush the lamb chops with barbecue sauce on both sides, and bake for 10 minutes. Open the oven, brush a layer of honey and a little oil, bake for 10 minutes, and then serve all the dishes.
