How about Ghana in Africa?
Accra locals are still mainly English speaking, and there is a Chinese clinic on the main street of Accra. The locals like music and soccer, and there is a tax on accommodation. It is very hot, you really want to go to the best May to August to go because the local weather at that time is good. If you go at any other time of the year and get caught in a sandstorm, you'll be out of luck. In Accra, you'd better not talk too much, the locals are a little bit rejected by foreigners. If you want to do business, you'd better not go on a day when they go to pray. No one will receive you. The house is not good, very old. I don't know if it's still like that. The food is rice patties. I don't know what it's called. It tastes pretty good. They only eat one meal a day. I've eaten it, but I don't feel that way and I'm still hungry. The local people's wages are very low, equivalent to our RMB100 or so. Local people's monthly salary is only enough to buy 100 bananas, you can imagine their standard of living. Don't show your wealth in Accra, because of poverty and other reasons, robberies often happen. Just pay attention to yourself, don't talk nonsense, don't buy baked food on the street, don't let people know you are rich. And smile a lot. I wish you a safe journey.
