Garlic, chives, fresh soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil and pepper oil.
Methods/steps
1.
If you cook braised beef yourself, there will be marinade, so you can use marinade to spice it up. If you buy braised beef from outside, there is no marinade, so let's first introduce the practice of not putting marinade. If there is marinade, you can appropriately reduce some salty seasonings.
2.
Peel the garlic, wash it, cut it into large pieces and mash it into garlic for later use.
3.
Wash shallots, cut them into pieces and put them in bowls for later use.
4.
Take a bowl, add mashed garlic and chopped chives, and add a little fresh soy sauce.
5.
Add a little oyster sauce and stir well. If there is marinade, you can add a proper amount of marinade in this step.
6.
Add the right amount of balsamic vinegar, sesame oil and pepper oil, and stir well. If you like spicy food, you can add some freshly fried Chili oil.
