Microwave steamed pork ribs: minimalist steamed pork ribs
Ingredients: pork ribs, 500g, 1 pack of steamed pork powder.
Method:
1. Wash the spareribs and soak them in bleeding water. Mix the cleaned spareribs and ingredients evenly.
2. Put it in the microwave oven, put it on high heat for three minutes, stir it, put it in, and then put it on high heat for another three minutes.
Microwave steamed pork ribs: steamed pork ribs with pumpkin powder
Ingredients: 250g pork chops, half pumpkin, 60g steamed pork powder, 1 tablespoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper 3 grams of powder, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 1 chopped green onion.
Method:
1. Soak the ribs in water first, add some cooking wine, take them out, and absorb the water with kitchen paper
2. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt , sugar, pepper, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and mix well.
3. Pour in the steamed pork powder and stir evenly, trying to make every piece of meat covered with powder.
4. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices.
5. On a special microwave plate, arrange the pumpkin slices on the plate, then place the ribs on the pumpkin slices, cover with plastic wrap, and use a toothpick to poke a few holes in the plastic wrap to make it "breathable."
6. Select "Steamed Pork Ribs" on the function button of the microwave oven, and then press "Start". If your microwave oven does not have this "steamed pork ribs" button, just choose to microwave for 20 minutes.
