Steps
1. The leek should spit out the sand. The seafood seller here will tell you whether it has been vomiting sand for a few days. The ones I bought were ones that had been vomited for two days~
2. Wash the leeks and cut them into sections.
3. Cut the ginger into shreds, mince the garlic, and cut the pepper into sections~
4. Boil water
5. Blanch the flower beetles~
6. Sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the chili peppers and boil them in the oil. Because the steps were so tight, I didn’t have time to shoot them separately.
7. Add leeks. Stir-fry, stir-fry~
8. Add a little salt, because seafood is inherently salty. So put less. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce. Depends on personal taste.
