How to make curry rice (for three)?
I use pork, you can also use chicken breast, diced and marinated with soy sauce powder for more than 15 minutes. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions and dice them for later use. You can also add a handful of peas if you have them. The color is beautiful. The diced potatoes can be a little bigger, and the diced mushrooms are too cold.
Cold oil in a hot pan, stir-fry minced meat and start to turn white. Add diced onion and stir-fry for about a minute. Onions begin to soften and become translucent.
Stir-fry diced carrots and diced potatoes for two or three minutes.
Add hot water without all the ingredients, add boiled diced mushrooms, turn the pot to a low heat, and cover it. Cook for a few minutes until all the dishes are cooked. If you like a softer taste, you can cook it a little longer. Those who like to eat more soup can heat more water.
Add three pieces of curry, reduce the heat, and keep copying with a spatula until all the curry pieces melt. Be careful to paste the pot.
Change the curry to medium heat, don't stop the spatula, stir fry to prevent the pan from burning. Turn off the heat until the soup is almost collected. Taste it. Add salt if it's not enough. Under normal circumstances, salt is not needed.
Fill a bowl of rice, press it, and pour it into the plate.
