Step 8 Add one egg white and mix well. Be sure not to put the egg yolk. When you put it in, the finished fishballs will not be able to use the q elasticity, so definitely do not put the egg yolk.
Step 9 cool the water in the pot, feel your hand, not too hot, you can start baking the fish. Grab the right amount of minced fish with your left hand and squeeze it out from the tiger's mouth position, use a spoon to cut the fish along with it into hot water, heating the fish one spoonful at a time so that it doesn't stick to the spoon. You can't use hot water to make fish balls. The water is too hot and falls apart when cooked.
Step 10Fry all the fish, then cook over high heat, remove from the oven and immerse in cold water for 10 minutes. Cool and store in the freezer, just take it out and defrost when you want to eat it.
