Steps of Cantonese bacon zongzi

1.? Preparation materials:

A zongzi needs about 50g of rice, 20g of pork belly, 1 0g of peeled mung beans, 1 slice of mushrooms, a scallop,1or half a salted egg yolk.

2.? (1) Cut pork belly into two-fingered rectangles, mix well with milk, salt, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil, and marinate overnight.

I bought big leaves, so I bought them all piece by piece. Boil zongzi leaves and straw ropes in a large pot of water for 10- 15 minutes, then wash them with clear water one by one and dry them in the air. Be especially careful when washing, and you'd better wear gloves. The leaves are very sharp.

③ Wash the glutinous rice slightly, then soak it in clear water for half a day, take it out to dry, and then marinate it with salt, sugar and oil for 2 hours.

(4) Rinse scallops slightly and soak them in clear water for 2 hours (don't pour the soaked water, it can be used to make soup or cook noodles or something).

⑤ Wash the mushrooms slightly, cut off their pedicels and soak them in clear water for 2 hours (the soaked water can also be used for other purposes).

6. Wash peeled mung beans slightly and soak for one hour.

When cooking, the water should not exceed zongzi, and the pressure cooker should not be too full, so I can only cook about 6-8 at a time.
