1. Wash and drain chicken wings and cut into pieces, marinate with cooking wine, salt, and oil, soy sauce, cumin powder for 30 minutes.
2. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into large pieces, into the microwave oven on high for three minutes standby. Cut the kidney beans into julienne strips.
3. Start a frying pan, when the oil is hot, stir fry chicken wings. Stir fry for a while, the color darkens, the plate to serve.
4. Turn on the heat, use the remaining oil in the pan to stir-fry the ginger and garlic, then add the lightly fried chicken wing pieces, and continue to stir-fry until the chicken pieces of oil. Then add the pre-treated potato cubes and kidney beans, and stir-fry with the chicken pieces.
