Steps of Stewing Pork in Chinese Cabbage with Hairy Sea Rabbit
1. Slice Chinese cabbage and meat. After buying hairtail, soak it in salt water 1 hour to remove sand and cut into pieces. Soak the vermicelli. Chop the onion, ginger, garlic and coriander for later use.
2. Put oil in the pot, stir fry ginger and garlic, add soy sauce, add pork belly and stir fry. After the meat changes color, enlarge the cabbage and stir fry.
3. Stir-fry the cabbage, add hairtail, stir-fry a few times, add water, and stew for 7-8 minutes.
4. Add soaked vermicelli and dried sea rabbit and continue stewing for 7-8 minutes. Add salt and sprinkle with onion and coriander to serve.
