The practice of braised pork
Preparation materials: beef, braised steamed buns, scallion, ginger slices, soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and sugar.
Steps:
1. Wash the beef and cut it into large pieces along the grain.
2. Prepare all the materials.
3. Add water to the pot, put the beef into the pot with cold water and cook for two minutes.
4. Take out the cooked beef and wash off the floating foam on the surface.
5. Put the beef in the pressure cooker and add all the ingredients.
6. Add water to the pressure cooker. Adding more water will consume a lot. After stable exhaust, cover and cook for 40 minutes.
7. Turn off the fire, remove the pressure limiting valve to speed up the exhaust, discharge the gas in the pressure cooker, and open the lid.
8. Take out the beef, cool it and put it in the refrigerator.
9. Take it out and slice it upside down when eating.
