1. Cold-mixed auricularia auricula
(1) Ingredients: 5g of auricularia auricula, 4 peppers, a proper amount of salad oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.

(1) Ingredients: 5g of black fungus, 1 celery, proper amount of cooking oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 garlic, 2 red peppers, 2 shallots, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of head-pumping.

3. Stir-fried celery with auricularia auricula
(1) Ingredients: 5g of auricularia auricula, 1g of celery, 5g of garlic, 1.5 tbsp of light soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp of sesame oil and 1 tbsp of Chili oil
