The steps are as follows:
1. Prepare the ingredients and put the egg whites into a water-free and oil-free egg white whipping container.

3. Add lemon juice

6. Put the beaten egg whites into the piping bag
7. Lay a piece of oil paper on the baking sheet , put one by one on the baking sheet according to the shape you like
8. Preheat the oven to 110 degrees, put the meringue in the box and bake at 110 for 50 minutes

Notes:
1. The eggs must be fresh and the egg whites must be fully beaten. Beat the egg whites until they reach stiff peaks. When you lift the beater, there will be a small hook. If the egg whites do not slide when you tilt the egg beater, it means it is ready. 2. When piping, hold the top of the piping bag with one hand (the temperature of your hands will also defoaming the egg whites), and hold the piping nozzle with one hand to squeeze out the shape of a small sugar tower.
3. When the melted beans cannot be easily removed from the oil paper, it means they are not baked thoroughly and need to be extended, about 10-15 minutes. ?
4. It is best if it melts in your mouth. Some good-looking soluble beans may not necessarily melt in your mouth.
