Prepare ingredients, preferably farm eggs, with high nutrition.
2. Cut the pumpkin in one third, remove the seeds at the bottom, and separate the yolk from the eggs for later use.
3. Add twice as much water to the egg yolk, and don't add too much. Clear water is preferably cold boiled water.
4. Pour the egg yolk liquid into the pumpkin and cover it.
5. Boil the water, put it in a pot and boil it for about 15 minutes.
