Steps
1 .Have all materials ready.
2. Wash the meat and cut into shreds.
3. Add three slices of ginger, two spoons of dark soy sauce, and appropriate amount of cornstarch to the shredded pork.
4. Stir the shredded pork and ingredients evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.
5. Wash the garlic moss and cut into small sections about one inch long. (When marinating the meat, process the garlic moss and green and red peppers)
6. Cut the green and red peppers.

8. Add shredded pork.
