Dried chicken, cordyceps, green onion and ginger

Salt Huadiao wine, sesame oil
Production
Preparation
1. Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces.
2. Cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger.
3. Rinse the Cordyceps flowers and soak them in cold water for a while.
Method
1. Add appropriate amount of salt and onion and ginger to the chicken pieces.
2. Add appropriate amount of Huadiao wine.
3. Pour in appropriate amount of sesame oil, mix well, refrigerate and marinate for more than 30 minutes.
4. Drain the Cordyceps flowers and spread them on the chicken pieces. Add boiling water to the pot and steam for about 25 minutes until cooked
