Steps
1. Preparation: Walnut kernels
2. Fry the walnut kernels in a pan, rub and blow off the walnut skin as much as possible, put it on a chopping board, crush it with a rolling pin and chop it with a knife
3. Preparation : Brown sugar
4. Put the chopped walnut kernels and brown sugar together
5. Mix well to form walnut brown sugar filling.
6. Mix wheat flour with yeast and warm water and let it rise.
7. Like making dumplings, roll the dough into long strips and cut into small pieces (the dough for steamed buns is larger than dumplings)
8. Flatten it
9. Roll it out
10. Put the walnut brown sugar filling on the rolled out dough
11. As shown in the picture, wrap the filling and seal
12. Let it rise again and steam it in a basket
