Peel a grapefruit without bitterness as follows:
1. First, use a fruit knife to cut a cap on the top of the grapefruit.
2. Cut the bottom of the knife along the peel from top to bottom, being careful not to cut into the flesh.
3. Then you can peel a grapefruit like an orange.
4. Break it apart and tear off all the white clothes.
5. Only the red pulp is left and can be eaten.
