Chapter II Base and General Plan Section 1 Site Selection and Layout

Article 2. 1.5 Before building the main entrances and exits of large and medium-sized shops and buildings, appropriate distribution sites shall be reserved according to the requirements of local planning departments. Article 2. 1.6 For large and medium-sized store buildings, if there is no public parking space nearby, according to the requirements of the local planning department, parking spaces should be set up in the base or parking garages should be set up in the building.
Section 2 Pedestrian Street
Article 2.2. 1 Pedestrian Street is closed to traffic, and it complies with the relevant regulations of urban planning and fire control and transportation departments. Article 2.2.2 When the original urban road is converted into a pedestrian mall, the conditions that the adjacent roads can bear the traffic volume of this section must be met. Article 2.2.3 The width of a pedestrian mall shall meet the following requirements according to different situations: 1. Chapter III Architectural Design Section 1 General Provisions
Article 3. 1. 1 The store building is divided into commercial, warehousing and auxiliary parts according to the use function. Article 3. 1. 10 When the business hall adopts natural ventilation, the effective ventilation area of windows and other openings should not be less than 1/20 of the building area, and organized ventilation measures should be taken according to specific requirements.
