Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
Low-gluten flour ?200g
Corn oil ?30g (softened butter can be used)
Milk ?70g
Eggs ?1pc
Sweetened sugar ?30g (sweetened to 60g)
Peanut butter ? Appropriate amount (30g~80g can be)
Corn starch ? 10g (can not be added)
Steps:
1. Add the milk to the corn oil to fully emulsify, add the eggs, sugar and mix well, sieve into the low gluten flour and mix well. (Add a little cornstarch will be more soft and sticky)
2. Stir well and then add the right amount of peanut butter, you can add a little chopped nuts, stir well.
3. Knead the dough well and shape into a long strip. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and freeze for an hour, then cut into half-centimeter wide slices and place evenly on a baking sheet. (If you don't want to freeze the dough here, you can just roll it out into a half-centimeter sheet, cut it into any shape you like, and place it directly on the baking sheet.)
4. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes. (According to their own oven, pay attention to observe do not bake paste, a little color can be)
